How I made this card?

I created the green background with my copics. I did without detailed drawings because I wanted to have the mushroom in focus. The mushroom alone looked a bit boring and so I decided to place a gnome on it. Now I punched out the background and finally inserted it into the frame. At the very end I added a matching sentiment. 

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Den grünen Hintergrund habe ich mit meinen Copics gestaltet. Ich habe auf detallierte Zeichnungen verzichtet, weil ich den Pilz im Fokus haben wollte. Der Pilz allein sah ein wenig langweilig aus und deshalb habe ich mich entschieden einen Gnome darauf zu platzieren. Nun habe ich den Hintergrund noch ausgestanzt und schlussendlich in den Rahmen eingefügt. Ganz zum Schluss habe ich noch ein passendes Sentiment eingefügt.

How I made this card?

I looked at the hat and at first, I wasn't even sure what to do with it. With this you have a lot of possibilities. You can stamp the hat multiple times and create a background. It can be made smaller on shrink wrap so it fits beautifully on heads.... I will show you a few more examples as I go along, follow me on the blog or on Instagram so you don't miss anything. 

Now I would like to tell you how I made this card. First I stamped the hat with a very bright stamp ink on the paper. Then I thought I would paint a gnome on it. I started with a nose. For this I have drawn an oval under the hat. Later I drew a beard to it. still a few feet and a cape, so that the gnome looks noble. Now still color and cut out. My gnome is ready. Next I decided to put this on a slimline card as focus. I chose white paper because I wanted to make the gnome stand out. I also took some of the St. Patricks paper as an accent and used a die cut. Finally, a sentiment to match. Now a bit of glossy and a rhinestone and the card is finished. 

Now I hope you like this idea. 

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Ich habe den Hut angeschaut und am Anfang, war ich mir gar nicht ganz sicher, was ich damit machen kann. Mit diesem hast Du sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Man kann den Hut mehrfach stempeln und einen Hintergrund erstellen. Er lässt sich auf Schrumpffolie kleiner machen und passt somit wunderbar auf Köpfe.. Ich werde dir im Verlauf noch ein paar Beispiele zeigen, folge mir auf dem Blog oder auf Instagram, um nichts zu verpassen. 

Nun will ich dir gerne verraten, wie ich diese Karte gewerkelt habe. Zuerst habe ich den Hut mit einem sehr hellen Stempelfarbe auf das Papier gestempelt. Danach habe ich mir gedacht, ich male einen Gnome dazu. Angefangen habe ich mit einer Nase. Dazu habe ich unter dem Hut einen Oval gezeichnet. Später habe ich einen Bart dazu gezeichnet. noch ein paar Füsse und einen Umhang, damit der Gnome edel aussieht. Nun noch colorieren und ausschneiden. Mein Gnome ist fertig. Als nächstes habe ich mich entschieden, diesen auf eine Slimline Karte als Fokus. Ich habe mich für weisses Papier entschieden, da ich den Gnome hervorheben wollte. Als Akzent habe ich noch ein wenig vom St. Patricks Papier genommen und mit einer Stanze bearbeitet. Zum Schluss noch ein passendes Sentiment. Nun noch ein bisschen Glossy und ein Strasssteinchen und fertig ist die Karte.

How I made this card?

This time I show you a slimline card. Do you also have Washi Tape at home? I had received from a friend glitter Washi Tape, which I show on this card. But now slowly, so you can recreate this. My card blank measures 8.25x3.5inches (i.e. 20.8x8.9cm). Here I just took a kraft paper, cut them to 7x8.25inches and folded at 3.5inches. 

Then on the top and bottom edge I glued the washi tape. Above I have again taken Kraft paper, which I had embossed. Alternatively, you can also take another paper, as you like. 

On one side I have attached my image, a small scene.  The sentiment is a cut. For this I have again Kraft paper pasted with the Washi Tape and then punched out, to bring a little effect pure I painted the side with a black pen. Still a few Sequins and finished the card. 

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Dieses Mal zeige ich Euch eine Slimline Karte. Hast Du auch Washi Tape zu Hause? Ich hatte von einer Freundin Glitzer Washi Tape erhalten, was ich auf dieser Karte zeige. Aber nun langsam, damit ihr diese nachbasteln könnt. Mein Kartenrohling misst 8,25x3,5Inch (d.h. 20,8x8.9cm). Hier habe ich einfach ein Kraft Papier genommen, diese auf 7x8.25Inches geschnitten und bei 3.5Inch gefalzt. 

An der oberen und unteren Kante habe ich dann das Washi Tape geklebt. Darüber habe ich nochmals Kraft Papier genommen, welches ich geprägt hatte. Alternativ kann man aber auch ein anderes Papier nehmen, wie es einem gefällt. 

An der einen Seite habe ich mein Image angebracht, eine kleine Szene.  Das Sentiment ist eine Stanze. Dafür habe ich wieder Kraft Papier mit dem Washi Tape beklebt und dann ausgestanzt, um ein wenig Effekt reinzubringen habe ich die Seite mit einem schwarzen Stift angemalt. Noch ein paar Sequins und fertig ist die Karte.

Whimsy Stamps Inspiration "Gnome Swinging"

How I made this card?

I print out this cute stamp and colored it with my pencils. After this I decided me to use the Sun Ray Stencil over the image. cut it with my Envelope Edge Die and glue it on an A2 regular card base (US format). I found a sentiment which fits perfectly from the stamp set Enjoy the little things.
