How I made this card?

The die cut to build yourself a castle, you can also use for sand castles in the summer. Here I show an idea of how this can look. 

The background I have created with Copic Airbrush so the sand looks more realistic. Otherwise I have painted everything with Copics. Another sentiment and the card is ready. 

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Die Stanze, um sich eine Burg zu bauen, kann man im Sommer auch für Sandburgen nutzen. Hier zeige ich eine Idee, wie dies aussehen kann. 

Den Hintergrund habe ich mit Copic Airbrush erstellt so sieht der Sand realistischer aus. Sonst habe ich alles mit Copics ausgemalt. Noch ein Sentiment und fertig ist die Karte.

Whimsy Stamps | Magical Wishes

How I made this card?

First, I thought about what card format I wanted to use. I have decided here for a slimline card. For this I need an approx. 3.5 inch x 8 inch large white cardstock, which I cut to size. I placed the Reveal die cut and my stamp (unicorn) on it and positioned it so that I liked it. I then attached the Revealer with removable tape and die cut it with the help of my Big Shot. Now I die cut this again on a slimline paper and added it to my white card. On the back side with adhesive tape fastened. Now I have my basic shape and these have die cut with a die from the Slimline Card Builder. Now still stamp the unicorn, color and a sentiment. After that I cut a sheet of purple cardstock 3.5Inch x7Inch) and folded (at 3.5 on the 7Inch side) it to finish my slimline card. Still a little glitter here or there painted, as well as a few stars on the patterned paper. Done :)

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Zuerst habe ich mir überlegt, welches Kartenformat ich nutzen möchte. Ich habe mich hier für eine Slimline Karte entschieden. 

Dafür benötige ich ein ca. 3.5 Inch x 8 Inch grossen weissen Cardstock, den ich mir zurecht geschnitten habe. Darauf habe ich die Reveal Stanze und den Stempel (Einhorn) gelegt und so positioniert, dass es mir gefällt. Anschliessend habe ich den Revealer befestigt mit wieder ablösenden Tape und mit Hilfe meiner Big Shot ausgestanzt. Nun habe ich diesen nochmals auf einen Slimline Papier ausgestanz und auf meiner weissen Karte eingefügt. Auf der Rückseite mit Klebestreifen befestigt. Nun habe ich meine Grundform und diese habe mit mit einer Stanze vom Slimline Card Builder ausgestanzt. Nun noch das Einhorn aufstempeln, colorieren und ein Sentiment. Danach habe ich einen Bogen violetten Cardstock zurechtgeschnitten und gefaltet, damit meine Slimeline Karte fertig gestellt. Noch ein wenig Glitzer hier oder da gemalt, sowie ein paar Sterne auf das gemusterte Papier. Fertig :)

How I made this card?

1. I print out the whole stamp set and color the images.
2. I use my Scan and Cut machine to cut it out, but this is optional, you can use your scissor for that, if you have not a machine. 
3. I found in my stuff a background paper ( I will link it in the end) and a die cut. 
4. I use colored craft paper as card base 3.5x6.5 Inch. 
5. I add the background on the base. 
6. At last I add the images and the sentiment on the card and finished it.

Many people know that stamp and die companies are have ideas and work hard on the products. So it is really hard to see, if some products will be stolen from crime people. They sell her products cheap, bad quality and not one designer will be honored. 

So today I will say THANK you to all companies for bring us a smile with new products and all crafter, which use original stuff and support the original companies.

Dieses Mal möchte ich ein Thema teilen, was mich traurig macht. Es gibt viele Stempel und Stanzen Firma's. Dahinter stehen Designer, welche für uns Ideen gestalten, umsetzen und dies mit viel Herzblut tun. Nun gibt es aber auch immer eine Gegenseite, welche diese Ideen klaut, billig produziert und weiter verkauft. Dies ist nicht in Ordnung.

Heute will ich allen DANKE sagen, den Firmen, welche uns zum schmunzeln bringen, mit neuen Waren versorgen und soviel Liebe da hineinstecken. Aber auch den Kunden, welche die original Produkte kaufen und den Firmen so ein Überleben sichern.

  Hallo again, Ute here... with a new inspiration. 

This time with a slimline and slider card. 

 

For this card I use follow products: 
- Farewell Stamp Set 
- Happiness Way Die

- Basics Sentiments Set

At first I colored all images and cut them out. Next step is to decorate the background with Distress Oxide Ink and a cloud stencil, my one is from Lawn Fawn. 

I add the street to the background and now will be a little tricky. I use the Heffy Doodle Slimline Pull Tab Dieto make the interactive card and follow the instruction. I like it, because the card is not so thick like on other interactive cards I made. Now I have a slider function I have to add the vehicle and the bush. 

I add also a sentiment. At last I add all to a slimline card. Here I use green card stock.

I hope you love this inspiration from this week.

It is December and Christmas stand before the door.  The last Christmas cards and presents... we have a little time to craft, to buy and to pack all. 

Es ist schon Dezember und weihnachten steht vor der Türe. Die letzten Weihnachtskarten, Geschenke und wir haben noch Zeit zum Basteln, Kaufen und Einpacken.

I made this time a slimline card.  This time I use a super digital stamp set with different penguins and accessories, so you can put it together and you can make cards for every season. You have so much possibilities. The penguins comes from Kristy, some people know she. She is the owner from Some Odd Girls and make really great stamps, also have fun ideas. She decided to close her store, but she will be a part from Whimsy Stamps. I can't wait to see more from this wonderful stamps.

The sentiment is German and means "Today is pamper you day"... I am not sure if this the best translation... 

like a Wellness Day...

Ich habe diesmal eine Slimline Karte gebastelt und zeige die niedlichen Pinguine von Kristy. Viele kennen sie von Some Odd Girl. Neu wirst Du die Stempel bei Whimsy Stamps sehen. Kristy benötigt mehr Zeit für Familie und wird auch weiterhin neue Stempel zeichnen/ entwerfen. Du hast aber auch noch Zeit ein paar Schätze zu kaufen oder zu verschenken. Ich freue mich,  bleibt Kristy in der Branche und ich kann es kaum erwarten, was sie neues werkelt.
