Inspiration Blog Post Whimsy Stamp Mermaid

It is end of May and the temperature will be warmer, summer comes asap... Why not a ocean card? 

I am also a member from Sandy Allnock's color techniques, so I have to try an underwater scene. I found an older stamp called Naia.

I stamped the image in the mid of my card and began first to color the background. I was amazed about the result... After the background I colored the mermaid and the turtle.

Inspiration Post Whimsy Stamps Fleur

how fast times goes... last week I showed you Wee Snippet a wonderful fairy stamp... This week I use a Girl, called Fleur.



I decided my to made a pink CAS card... I colored the girl with my Polychromo Pencils... The glitter background is made by myself with a glitter embossing powder from my stuff.

Whimsy Stamps 

Scalloped Treat Beach House Lawn Fawn

What a wonderful New Release by Lawn Fawn... I fall in love with a few new items and have to buy it immediately... Oh, my... my budget... but this is sooo great.

Today I want to show you one project with the Scalloped Treat Box and the Beach House Add On. I also used a few more products from the newest Release. I will add it at the end of this Blog Post, also the craft store near from me (but no matter, you can buy it where you want :) 

I use white cardstock and I color the cardstock with Altenew Ink Cube. At first I die cut two of the Treat Box. I put this on my scoring board and made a few lines, for a wooden optic. After than I glue the treat box together. Now it is time to decorate. I add the roof, a door, a few windows, sandy ground, palms and ...

...for the coconut I use pearls (colored it with Alcoholmarker). 

I add a floating tire in the sandy ground....

Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat Box Die, Scalloped Treat Box Die Add-on Beach House, Tropical Backdrop, Altenew Ink Parrot, Moss (shadow), Cloudy Night (roof)Eastern Sky (Window), Espresso (Palm), Sand Dunes (Sand), the red comes from Distress Ink (not sure which I used)...

Lawn Fawn Pet's Challenge

Today it is New Release by Lawn Fawn and Kelly made a lot of amazing products... not so good for my budget, I fall in LOVE with so many items :)

So I bought it today and I can't wait to craft with the new stuff, perfect to use it for the current challenge "Pet's".

I have two cats and they are sooo super cute... Why not use a cat on my card...?

This is my after work card in no time...

I made a Birthday card, because you can have enough birthday cards in your stuff... I found no balloons, so I decided to made other balloons... the fishes looks perfect :)

Whimsy Stamps Inspiration Post We Snippet

every week I will show an inspiration as DT member from Whimsy Stamps...

This time I show this little fairy. She is snuggle with a mushroom or maybe she is waiting for someone :) Whatever it is a pleasure to work with the wonderful digital Stamps from Whimsy Stamps.

I decided to color the background with Alcohol Inks... I want to show a CAS Design, but I made a mix between this and a coloration background... It made so much fun...

Altenew Inspiration Challenge May 2019

This is the inspiration picture for made a card... Wonderful picture... but what can I do? I found my Hibiscus Garden 3D Die and I thought, this will fit perfect.

So I made this card. 

I found in the internet different color from this beautiful flowers. I decided to color this with more than one color... 

My background I use a wall embossing folder to made a stone background. I use a light grey... 

behind the flower or the leaf I made a shadow with a darker grey. 

I stick it on a black A2 card. At last I use a sentiment from the stamp set Label Love German.

This is the first time, that I play with the Altenew Inspiration Challenge...

This time we have a special challenge. The first time we use the same stamp set from Lawn Fawn and the hole DT made a project. This here is my inspiration....

Dieses Mal gibt es etwas ganz Besonderes auf unseren Challenge Blog, etwas, was es bisher nicht gab. Unser DT hat sich einen Stempel ausgesucht und jeder bastelt mit diesem Set eine Karte. Dies ist meine Karte....

I use the Double Slider Surprise from Lawn Fawn and our choice stamp set "Happy Village". For my background I use Distress Oxide Inks. I used a A2 card plum color, a white panel, a pink glitter one and a green (stamp a background stamp with Versamark). The slider I add it on foam on the card. 

Ich benutze hier die Double Slider Surprise Stanze von Lawn Fawn und das Stempelset "Happy Village", welches das Dt herausgesucht hat. Ich habe meine Szene mit Distress Oxide Ink. Für den Hintergrund habe ich mich für ähnliche Farben entschieden. 

Here you can see the surprise panels they are behind the front... you can pull it out.

Hier kannst Du meine Karte sehen, wie sie ausgezogen wirkt, habe diese gar nicht ganz aufs Bild bekommen ;)

...also I decorate the inside from my card.

I used a store stamp and die from my stuff and made a shaker card... on the front penguin is walking with the present in the hand... looks smiling and exciting... 

I can't have enough birthday cards... for all my crafty friends :)

MFT Sketch Challenge 435

I am so happy to find time to play with my MFT stamps... and made a card for this challenge...

It is the Sketch Challenge from MFT...

What happened, if I turn the sketch... ? Today I want to clean my messy crafty table, but I get an idea and I made my card...  I love to get my Hero Art Monthly Kit and why not to combine it with a super cute MFT image?

My card was born... I LOVE the images from Stacey Yacula, they are soooooo cute...

This birthday mouse celebrate his birthday in an old German town or village... 

I use an A2 card base, add clouds in the back with the cloud stencil from MFT. I cut out the street and the houses from Hero Art and color it with my Polychromos. I stamped the mouse and color it with Alcoholmarker ( Spectra AD)... After coloring I put together my card and finished it with a suitable sentiment
