Kitty'n Pumpkin Whimsy Stamps

Hello... 

What for an inspiration month... especially for Halloween, every day you can found  on the Whimsy Blog an extra entry, full filled with prizes, projects and a lot of fun... 

My idea was to show on of the image, which will be fit to this theme.. and found this wonderful kitty...

So I made this card and hope you like it.

How I made this card? I stamped the image on the paper. Than I mask it, because I made a Distressed Oxide background with different colors. After than I colored the image with my ZIG Clean Color real brushes and a few details with my Prismapencils. In the sky I like to see stars... so I use a white Gouache.  At last I search a sentiment. I haven't a lot of Halloween stamps at home, so I think there will be sentiments where fit perfectly... Why not this one?

MFT Have a beary happy birthday

I decided me to play again a challenge... This time I want take the challenge from MFT, with a really interesting color scheme...

I wasn't sure, which image I choose, that will be fit all 4 colors and not more... Maybe this or this...? This two cuties was laughing to me and I think this will be perfect with this colors.

I love CAS cards, I think they have the best focal point for the image... What do you think about it?

 I use an A2 card format and embossed the Wonky stitched circle to the background. I know it is hard to see on the picture. After than I use a stencil (from Simon Says Stamp) to made a few hearts into the circle area... I stamped my bear's with MFT Extreme Black to Alcoholmarker friendly paper and color they. The knitting effect on the green pullover I use my Prismacolor Pencils. I fuzzy cut them out and glue it on the card base (with Foam Tape). I use at last for the sentiment a black paper and cut it wit the MFT Essential Fishtail Sentiments Strips and add this also with Foam Tape to the card.

New Release by Whimsy Stamps Pretty Girl

Welcome to RELEASE Week at Whimsy

We have some amazing new stamps, sentiments and papers to share with you I really hope you will stop by and take look at the NEW RELEASES.

This time you will find wonderful stamp images.. one of them is the Pretty Girl... This fits to a Christmas theme and so I made this card.

I print the image on my craft paper and color the image with my Luminace Pencils, I try to color the face so realistic haw possible... After coloring I fuzzy cut the image. 

I color the background with Liquid Watercolor and die cut them with a circle. After than I prepare a circle from Acetat, one border (silver glitter), also a foam border... Before I glue all together, I add Sequins and pearls, to made a Shaker card.

This round Shaker card I glue to an 6x6 card to the middle... I add the girl over the Shaker and made a Sentiment strip under the body. At last I add embellishments (flower, diamonds).

My Christmas card is finish, so more different cards should follow, 

that every friend get one :)
