Kreativbunt Magazin | Whimsy Stamps

 

Welcome to my blog.  Kreativbunt is a very beautiful craft magazine for the German-speaking region and they give the opportunity to send in pictures based on sketches. I sent in 3 pictures and two of them found a place in the paper. I am so excited. 
Herzlich willkommen auf meinen Blog. Kreativbunt ist ein sehr schönes Bastelmagazin für die deutschsprachige Region und sie geben die Möglichkeit anhand von Sketchen Bilder einzusenden. Ich habe 3 Bilder eingeschickt und zwei davon haben einen Platz in der Zeitung gefunden. Wow, ich freu mich so :)

How I made this card?

 I show only a small scene on the card today, otherwise I let the card white. I use here the village of mushrooms and with the stencil I still bring the clouds on the picture. With the patterned paper I set a frame above and below, then I cut out the colored gnome and put a sentiment on the card, as well as a few rhinestones. 

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Ich zeige heute auf der Karte nur eine kleine Szene, sonst lasse ich die Karte weiss. Ich nutze hier das Dorf aus Pilzen und mit der Schablone bringe ich noch die Wolken auf das Bild. Mit dem gemusterten Papier setze ich einen Rahmen oben und unten, danach schneide ich den colorierten Gnome aus und setze noch ein Sentiment auf die Karte, sowie ein paar Rhinestone.

Whimsy Stamps | Gnomes Lift You Up

How I made this card?

 First I stamped the hearty gnome and then masked it, especially the hat and the kite. Then I created the clouds with Distress Oxide Ink (Tattered Rose) with the Stencil. After I was happy with the clouds, I used my Copics to color the scene. Now still die cut, with a very nice die cut. A sentiment attached after I glued the scene onto an A2 (US size) card. 

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Zuerst habe ich den herzigen Gnome gestempelt und dann maskiert, vor allem den Hut und den Drachen. Dann habe ich die Wolken mit Distress Oxide Ink (Tattered Rose) mit den Stencil erstellt. Nachdem ich mit den Wolken zufrieden war, habe ich mit meinen Copics die Szene coloriert. Nun noch ausgestanzt, mit einer sehr schönen Stanze. Ein Sentiment angebracht, nachdem ich die Szene auf eine A2 (US Format) Karte aufgeklebt habe.
