It is Pumpkin Time

  Hi again, a new inspiration from me. 

Do you remember from the inspiration last week? I show you a slimline card with a lot of pumpkins. They are so super cute I must make another card. This time I use also the Stencil from the current New Release. 

I am not a fan from Halloween, so I am glad this is a really great stamp for the fall time. 

How I made this card?

At first I arrange all images in my program and print it on card stock. This time I used the Leave stencil the first time. It is a little tricky to find the right material for the stencil. I use Acetat foil, but this is not thick enough for me, I think I will use laminated foil next time. The Acetat is thin, so I used no permanent glue spray for the stencils and for my masking (print on regular paper and cut it out).

After masking the image I use the stencil with my Distress Oxide Ink, but only around the image. not the whole card. After distressing I color the pumpkins with the same color combination like the week before.

I use an A2 card base for the card and add there a glitter paper. On the glitter paper I add the image in a smaller rectangle and finished the card.

Kennst Du die wunderbare Welt der Alkohol Inks? Wieso nicht einmal diese als Hintergrund nutzen? Jede Karte ist ein Unikat. Es ist unmöglich, dass man den Hintergrund nochmals so hinbekommt, es kommt immer etwas Neues heraus. 

Do you know the wonderful world of Alcohol Inks? Why don't use it as background? Every card is unique. It isn't possible to create the same background again. Every time I use the inks, they become a new pattern, also I use the exact the same one ;)

Ich benutze das Stempelset Peach and Piper Checking the Post von Picket Fence für beide Karten.. Ich finde dies sehr niedlich und habe mit verliebt, als ich es zum ersten Mal gesehen habe. 

I use for both cards the same stamp set from Picket fence, called Peach and Piper Checking the Post. I fall in love, as I saw this stamp set the first time, because it is sooo super cute.

Auch hier benutze ich das selbe Stempelset, wie bei der ersten Karte, habe mich aber für ein anderes Motiv entschieden. 

Here I use the same stamp set like before, but I used another image. 

Wie werden diese Hintergründe gemacht?
How I made this backgrounds?

Ich bevorzuge Yupo Papier vom Blog, (Legion). Dieses lässt den Alkohol besser vermischen und macht zudem einen Effekt auf dem Papier, welches ich nicht hinbekomme, wenn ich Yupo von Ranger nehme. 

Wieso dies nicht klappt weiss ich nicht, aber wenn sich da jemand auskennt, dann bin ich sehr froh, um Tipps. Ich schütte verschiedene Alkohol Inks auf das Papier und arbeite hier auch mit Alcohol Blending Solution, weil diese den Alkohol git mischt. Ich puste und bewege das Papier, aber Achtung, die Hände können dabei schmutzig werden :) Sobald es trocken ist, nutze ich eine kleine Sprayflasche mit Isopropanol. Hier sollte man aber darauf achten, dies nicht in geschlossenen Räumen durchzuführen. Ich warte bis trocken, wiederhole, dies immer wieder, bis mir der Hintergrund gefällt. 

I prefer Yuopo paper from Legion.  On this paper you can better mix and it make an effect, if you spray on this. It isn't possible on the Yupo paper from Ranger. Why it din't work the same, I don't know, maybe you know it and want to tell me, what I can make, that it works also, please feel free in the comments below. I use one sheet of paper 5x7 Inch, so you can share this and use for two cards.

I use Alcohol Inks, colors I like. Here I use green tone, Alcohol Blending Solution for mix the inks. Now I blow the inks away and move the paper. Be careful, it is possible to add the ink on your hands ;)

If I like it, I let it dry. After drying I add spray (Isopropanol) on the Yupo paper. Cave: open the window or go outside to spray, because it isn't healthy to use this into the room.  I let the dry again and repeat the steps, till the paper looks like I want.

I print this out on card stock and I colored it with my Caran'd Ache Luminance pencils. I cut the image out and made a Distress background. At last I use the sentiment from another stamp set. I will link it below. 

Zuerst habe ich das Bild ausgedruckt auf dickeren Papier, danach habe ich es ausgemalt. Nun hatte ich das Papier am Kopf der Tiere entfernt. Ich habe eine Karte genommen und den Hintergrund mit Distress Oxide bearbeitet, danach habe ich das Bild auf die Karte geklebt. Zum Schluss habe ich ein Sentiment angebracht. Dies stammt von einem anderen Stempelset, welches ich weiter unten verlinke.

Autumn Greetings

  Hi there...

Today I will show you one of the cutes pumpkin stamp sets I ever saw. This set is perfect for cards around the fall time, thanks giving or birthdays or recipe cards. 
You see I have many ideas to use this set. 

This is my card I made as inspiration for you. 

How I made this card?

At first I arrange all the pumpkins I like on my card stock. I use pages for this, but you can use another program, like word for example. After then I print it out and colored the pumpkins. 

I use my Copic Markers for this.

Pumpkin: R29, YR18, YR04, Y38, Y15

green: YG67, YG 25, YG00

for shadow a pencil from Luminance, called Dark Indigo (639). For more details I used a white gel pen. I also print again the pumpkins on normal paper, for masking. So I cut all out and use a non permanent glue spray for hold the masking on the images. I use Distress Oxide Ink for the background (twisted citron, mowed lawn, tumbled glass, peacock feathers, seedless preserve) . I use my die cut from Mama Elephant Slim card basic and cut the pumpkin scene and I use als the scalloped cut die with glitter paper. I prepare a card size 3x8Inch and glue it on the back. At last I use another die cut from my stuff (Moda Scrap fustella flags)

It is October and soon a lot of people celebrate Halloween. I know this party only from the internet. We don't celebrate it. This New Release have a lot of images for this event. 

Es ist Oktober und vor allem in den USA feiert man Halloween. Ich persönlich feiere dieses nicht, so kenne ich dieses Fest nur aus dem Internet. In den letzen Jahren hat es auch hier immer mehr und mehr Leute in den Bann gezogen. Wenn Du dieses Fest feierst, dann kannst Du sicher etwas mit den vielen  Stempeln etwas anfangen.
