Whimsy Stamps | Hoppy Birthday

 

Welcome to my blog.  It is time for a new inspiration. This time I show you a fast birthday card and how you can make a colorful background with Design Paper from Whimsy Stamps.
Herzlich willkommen auf meinen Blog. Es ist Zeit für eine neue Inspiration. Dieses Mal zeige ich Dir eine schnelle Geburtstagskarte und wie man mit Design Papier einen Hintergrund werkelt. 

 

How I made this card?

I'm using a card base A2 (US size) for this card. Then I decided that I would like to have the three hearty bunnies as the focus and stamped, colored and cut them out. This took a bit of time since I don't have a die. However, there are quicker options like the Scan and Cut or Silhouette, but I chose not to use those. A birthday should be colorful and so I took the very nice rainbow colored paper and cut strips, which I then glued to my paper (diagonal). From this I cut a piece and attached with a strip of glitter paper on the lower part of the card.Now just the bunnies on it with some spacer glue and a matching sentiment from the stamp set. Finally, I glued on a few rhinestones.

Wie habe ich diese Karte gemacht?

Ich nehme für diese Karte eine Kartenbasis A2 (US Format). Dann habe ich mich entschieden, dass ich die drei herzigen Hasen als Fokus haben möchte und habe diese gestempelt, ausgemalt und ausgeschnitten. Dies dauerte ein wenig, da ich keine Stanze habe. Es gibt aber auch schnellere Möglichkeiten, wie die Scan and Cut oder Silhouette, auf diese habe ich aber verzichtet. Ein Geburtstag sollte bunt sein und so habe ich das sehr schön Regenbogenfarbene Papier genommen und Streifen geschnitten, die ich dann auf mein Papier geklebt habe (Diagonal). Davon habe ich ein Stück abgeschnitten und mit einem Streifen Glitzerpapier auf dem unteren Teil der Karte angebracht. Nun nur noch die Hasen drauf mit etwas Abstandskleber und ein passendes Sentiment aus dem Stempelset. Zum Schluss habe ich noch ein paar Strasssteine aufgeklebt.

Magengo Design | Hello card and Heart Box

  Hi, what a fantastic New Release this month. 

I fall in Love with this wonderful cute images. So you will see a few projects from me this month.

Today I show you a combination. 

I used for my inspiration follow products: 

 

I use also a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp: Tiny Words Christmas, WOW Sparkle Starlight, Sequins, Distress Oxide Ink and Circle Dies from Whimsy Stamps Shaker Square Die Set ands the Infinity Circle Dies from Hero Arts. 

How I made the Heart Box?

I use my Scan and Cut for this project. In the working space from Brother I prepare the cutting files. After I am finish I sent it to the machine. I cut out 2 border (one for the box and one for the lid), I cut out 4 normal hearts and two scalloped heart. I use white paper, because I wasn't sure, if I check all with build together. It is a little tricky. I began with the box bottom. Here I add the border inside one heart. I start from the top. As I finish one round I glue the top together. Inside from my Box I glue a second heart, so you can't see the ends, which hold the border to the heart. I made the same to the lid, but this time I glue it on the outside. I add also a normal heart to the top. My box is finish, but looks a little boring. So I decide to add the scallop heart to the bottom and to distress ink on the top. 

I glue it on the top and finished the box. On the heart I glue a little dancing bunny. 

I made a card to this project too. It is an easy card. I decided me to make a shaker card. So I distress ink  a circle with the same colors like the box and made with them a shaker element. Here I use Sparkles from WOW. I love the glowing halo effect from the Starlight glitter. 

I add the circle shaker in the mid of my card and add two bunnies and a sentiment on this top. The cards looks so empty, so I decided me to a second sentiment. At last I add a few sequins.

This is also a new digital stamp and called Snowflake Maker. Isn't he funny?

Dies ist ebenfalls ein digitaler Stempel aus dem neuen Release. Er nennt sich Schneeflocken Macher 

(Snowflake Maker). Ist er nicht witzig?

Whimsy Stamps inspiration Bunny share umbrella

Our march weather was like the April weather sunshine, rain, snow, wind and again...

Do you know this kind of weather, it make me tired....

Today I want to show you a weather card with two lovely friends... If you have friends in live than you have always great weather... Thank you, me crafty friends.

This time I use the cute Bunny Umbrella Digital Stamp from Whimsy Stamps. 

How I made this card?

I print out the image. At the first I wasn't sure, if I made a CAS card or if I color all... How you can see I decide e for the second choice. At first I colored the bunnies and the umbrella with my alcohol marker and add details with my pencils. For the background I used a cloud stencil for the sky and turn it, so that the clouds looks like on the wrong way... It should rain clouds.

For the gras I colored the bottom with alcohol marker and add after coloring grass with the marker and with my pencils. 

Later I stamped a few rain drops and use my Glossy for shining. At last I stamped the sentiment from my stuff. 

I glue the card on my card base (A2, US format).

Whimsy Inspiration Bunny's Assist

How fast times goes, soon is easter... and I prepare cards for family and friends. 

Do you also prepare cards or gifts for your family and friends?

This time I will show you one of the cutest Whimsy Stamps Digital "Bunny's Assist".

How I made my card?

I print out the image on paper. Than I colored it with my alcohol marker and I add details with my pencils on the image. I used my cloud stencil to made a background and colored the ground. 

I decide me to made a square card. So I cut the paper to 4x8Inch and fold it by 4 Inch. I have a card 4x4 Inch.I cut the image on 3.75x3.75Inch and glue it to the card. At last I used a sentiment.

Whimsy Stamp Inspiration Cup of Happiness

A new week and a new inspiration. 

I used a digital stamp from the current New Release from this month, called "Cup Full of Happiness".

What for a super cute bunny... in a cup with a lot of carrots....

How i made this card?

I print out the the cup with the bunny and colored it with my alcohol marker. I add details with my pencils on the image... I also add a few flowers to the cup. After coloring I cut out my image with my scissor. I used an A2 (US Format) card and my stencils to add a background with clouds and gras. I use my golden gel pen for details on the cup.

It is time to put all together and my card is finish. I used the sentiment from an older stamp from my stuff.

Showers and Flowers - Bunny

I bought the last monthly kit from Simon Says Stamp  (March 2018) and I love the products :) So I made a few cards.

Why I made this card?

I looked first, if I can play with a challenge by SSS. I found one. Easter inspiration with a color scheme, also one with the theme easter... So I will made a card who fits for both challenges...

So I wasn't sure, what I will made and looked in my SSS stuff. I found the "Showers and Flowers" stamp set and I think I will use the cute bunny :) to made an easter card. 

How I made my card?

I stamp the bunny on a Copic friendly paper and colored him, for add details I use also a few pencils (Prisma). I cut the bunny with my scissor and let a small white border. Now I cut a 3x4,25Inch white paper and distress it with a blue ink. I also colored the grass with Distress ink and cut it our with a grassy Die from Lawn Fawn. So I have two grass pieces. I glue the grass on the blue distress item, but the second I glue only on the bottom, because I glue the bunny between. I add a few butterflies from my Hero Arts monthly kit (February 2018). The sentiment is from the stamp set "Choose Joy". 

My card...

I cut an American size paper in half and score it in the middle. So I have a blank A2 card. I cut the border from the Lacy Border set from Lawn Fawn, used a brown paper from my stuff. At last I add the piece with foam tape to the card base and add a few details with a white gel pen. Also I add a Pom Pom to the bunny (it is from the kit).
