Whimsy Inspire Post Birdie Selfie

A new week and a new inspiration. 

I used a digital stamp, called "Birdie Selfie".

I made this card for your inspiration.

How I made this card?

I cut out a circle with a die from my stuff and distressed this with my Oxide Ink. I also distressed a paper strip for the sentiment and cut this out.

I colored the bird with Alcohol marker and fuzzy cut them out with my scissor, after than I add this little birds with foam tape on my card.

Lawn Fawn Butterfly Kisses

A new challenge for playing have started by Lawn Fawnatics :)

the theme is

Bring it back

I am not sure, when I used buttons, ribbon or masking tape the last time, sometimes, but not often I used sequins. So I looked at my stuff and had an idea in my head. 

At first I searched a sketch in the internet and found this one.

I will made a card with the sketch with the heart...

I use a golden tape, pink sequins, whit ribbon and two pink buttons...

How I made the card?

I made in the past the experience, that tape hold not so good,  So I searched the double glue sheet and put it on a white card stock.  I removed the paper from the glue and add the golden tape. After than I die cut the butterflies, with the Lawn Fawn die, called "Layered Butterflies".  I also die cut the body and the background from the butterflies. I colored the background with my Tri Blend from Spectrum Noir and the body with two Spectrum Noir Illustrator Pens ( RB2 / MB1). I glue the butterflies together and add with a black fine liner a smile on each. 

At next I made the shaker. I used the Flippin' Awesome Add On and cut out a black wood paper.  I use acetat for the window, than I add foam tape. I use different pink sequins for shaker and close it with a card stock (white).

Now the card. Here I use an A2 (US format) and use a pink pattern paper from my stuff. I add also a black paper strip and use score tape to hold the white ribbon in place. 

I add the shaker element on the card and place the butterflies on this. I decide my to use a sentiment from Lawn Fawn "Butterfly Kisses".

At last I add two flower buttons on the edge on the shaker element and finished the card.

Doodlebug, a card without stamps

Usually I made no cards only with paper and stickers are also not mine.

I love the Design from Doodlebug, it is soooo colorful :)

At this time runs a challenge at Simon Says Stamps, called 

Two Or More Patterned Papers

They showcasing products from Doodlebugs. I have some at home, at first I searched in my stuff and found two old paper pads 6x6Inch.

I searched in the internet for a sketch, but OI closed the side and can't find the sketch again. So sorry, if you made this sketch, please let me know, I will link it to this post.

It is perfect to made a card in no time :)

Do you know the people behind Doodlebug? 

They are so glad and have a lot of humor. Since a few years we visit in Frankfurt am Main the Creativeworld and meet a few companies. 

We are always laughing at this booth...

Do you know that they have super cute stamps and dies now? I want to buy a set and made a card in the future.

Whimsy Inspire Post PC Grant

A new week and a new inspiration. 

I used a digital stamp from the current New Release from this month, called "PC Grant".

I love this cute birthday boy :) 

How i made this card?

I print out the boy and colored them with my alcohol markers. I fuzzy cut them out. I use an A2 card base and distress ink a few circles on the back... I use a vellum circle behind the little boy and use a black sentiment strip. So I finished the card.

Manatee-rific LF Challenge #70

I love Lawn Fawn and I am so happy, that I have time to made a card to the current challenge theme.

This challenge blog is a wonderful inspiration blog, it is an informative blog, you should visit them. 

There are a lot of colorful ideas. I am overwhelmed. So I thought it will be cool, if I made a card on black cardstock...  Why not an underwater world?

How I made this card?

I stamped the lovely two Manatee on black card stock with Lawn Fawn Pigement Ink Yeti.This is a perfect ink for stamping white. I let it dry and after I used a white pencil and a paper stump to color this image and the background.
I use idea's from Sandy Allnock, where I have visited classes. 

After finish I use my glitter pen to the manatees, light rays and a little bit on the grass (but it is difficult to see on the picture). 

Hope you like the idea on a black card.

Panda Birthday, Hero Arts meets Simon Say Stamp

Today my parcel with the new monthly kit from HA came today.
I wasn't sure, if I can need this stamp set. I was sceptical. 

What should I do with this stamps? I will try something. So I stamped it and colored it with my marker. I decided me for a yellow card. Without a critter it looks so boring  to me...

Why not add a critter?

I am also a fan from the Simon Say Stamps monthly kits and so I found fast a stamp set which fits perfectly.

This is so super cute...

I also use the cake die from the set and mad another card.

The Digital Design Divas

Flower Greetings

Today I found some time for me and my hobby. I decided to play along the Altenew Challenge.

What for colors?
beige, yellow and green

It looks like a real challenge for me. I have no frapani flower stamp, so I searched first in my stuff, what I have and found follow stamp set... "Painted Flowers" This is an older one and have different flowers. I decided my to use only the outline stamp and color it by myself.

I had the last Hero Arts Monthly kit in my hand and thought that will be great to combine.

How I made this card?

I stamp all flower outline three times and colored it with my Karin Brushmarkers. Than I fuzzy cut them out. I die cut the flower bag and a few petals stems from my Hero Arts Monthly Kit... 

I used Distress Oxide "Antique Linen" and stamped the small newspaper text on the bag (it is also in the kit).  Now it is time to put all together. I used a Embossing folder (from We are Memories)  to create a background for the flower bag. At last I stamped the sentiment form another stamp set from Altenew, called "Thoughts and Reminders". I add also a few enamels to the card.

How I made this card?
My husband and I were on the Creativeworld in Frankfurt. There I saw new Alcohol marker from Spectrum Noir. The called Tri Blend Marker. My husband get some for test and I tested they on this card. Stunning how bright the colors are. You can use your own Markers...

After coloring I draw the thinking bubble and add with my Distress Oxide Ink the clouds in the background. 

I glue the panel to my card base A2 (US format) and add a little pattern paper on one side. I also add a golden strip paper for an accent. 

I used also my glitter pen and a white gel pen for details in the water.
